This is a promo video for the 2024 Copa America. It has traditional cell animation made in Photoshop, except the the endpage which was done in After Effects.
This video was also re-formatted and displayed on big screen in both Boca Juniors and River Platte football stadiums in Argentina, the two most important teams of the country.
For the same campaign, I was asked to do a Promo featuring Messi the "GOAT".
I was also tasked to do a homage to Angel Di María, who was heavily criticized prior to the 2019 cup, only to prove everybody wrong by scoring this beautiful goal on the final game against non other than eternal rival Brazil.
He would continue to yet again score a fantastic goal in the 2022 Qatar World Cup Final. So this is for you Ángel !!
